A deposit of €400 will be requested by bank transfer 7 days before your arrival. To ensure your stay gets off to the best possible start, please contact the concierge service two days before your arrival to arrange your check-in time with Christophe. This allows us to ensure he can welcome you personally at the apartment and hand over the keys smoothly. If you do not contact the concierge service prior to your arrival, instructions for key collection will be sent to you via SMS. Please note, however, that Christophe will not be available after 6:00 PM, unless a later arrival has been arranged and agreed upon in advance. Bed linen, household linen, and towels are not provided. However, linen rental is available through the concierge service upon prior reservation. The accommodation must be cleaned before your departure. Alternatively, you may opt for the cleaning service, which must also be booked in advance through the concierge service. The apartment is a duplex. The bedrooms, bathroom, and toilet are located on the lower ground floor level. A security deposit of €400 is required, payable by bank transfer 7 days prior to your arrival. The deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of your departure, once the concierge service has inspected the property and confirmed everything is in order.
